About

My Story.
 My Mission.

hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Dont quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.’

-Muhammad Ali

Personal training saved my life. When I first started my career I knew very little about the intricate components of the body and how to get people results. Anatomy, physiology, periodization, de loads, motivation, behavior change, the Krebs cycle, protein synthesis, cardiovascular system ect.. Subjects that I had to become very familiar with as I barely made ends meet trying to convince people to workout with me.

I made a decision that ultimately changed the direction of my career. I wanted to base the sole focus of my job to be centered around helping people the best way I knew how. “ People don’t care how much you know, until they know you care” I got really good at working with clients at a personal level to ensure they could overcome the obstacles in their lives that would hold them back from getting results. Most people don’t realize how difficult change is internally. Intention is not enough, it takes a well established plan and a dedicated coach who’s going to be there for you, every step of the way. It takes years to build something out of nothing. That’s why when I work with clients I’m adamant about ensuring their motivation is right from the start.

The type of client i work with

  1. The hardest working people
  2. The ones who have something to prove to themselves
  3. The ones who aren’t afraid to fail
  4. The ones who are willing to get in the mud

You might know them as CEO, C-suite execs, Business owner, Attorneys, CPA’S, Brokers, Counselors, parents, former trainers, just to name a few. The difference is that they all recognize that in order to be great, they need someone who is dedicated to their craft. They all have one thing in common when it comes to living a successful life, their coach.

Science backed reuslts

Regardless of goal, if you don’t have a basis from where you are starting from then the time you spend training becomes useless. Regardless of skill level or complexity having a coach who knows how to assess, implement and prevent injury is needed for a healthy gym life span.

A deep health approach to your goals

Having a coach that takes into consideration everything about your lifestyle from culture, past history and capabilities are vital when we look at the framework from how we train.

Accountability

If you can maintain the consistency of your new habits and efforts the majority of the time year round you’ll find yourself in a new position from when you started. If you get started and fail, then you know you did everything you could at that point. The one thing I’ve learned about coaching is that when in doubt less is more. That makes the journey worthwhile when you win.

Train

“If you can move well, then you can move well more often. “

-Grey Cook

My methodology behind training is to help clients understand their limitations and how to grow from them. Initially we assess your movement capabilities to identify the best approach. Through my years of training I have learned how to be as engaged as clients need when on the workout floor. My time spent with you is not to take you through a workout of the day but to help you develop skill sets. In that you will master the ability to move well and own your workouts.
Initially every client goes through their own version of a beginning phase of training to establish their baseline. I do an extensive research into clients background to better understand their motivation behind training and how to proceed. There is no such thing as one size fits all. It allows me to better gauge the experience levels of the client and for me to give the client an accurate measure of what to expect.
